| Andrew Parker, Co-founder and Joint Managing Director |

Since 1995, Andrew has worked in Executive Search and Selection within the Information Technology sector, latterly with PricewaterhouseCoopers Executive Search & Selection, the senior level "headhunting" division of PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he specialised in senior management and Director level sales and commercial recruiting for software and IT services companies. Prior to this, Andrew was an Associate Director within the Global Technology Practice of Norman Broadbent, the UK's leading Executive Search organisation, and before this he was Divisional Manager in the Executive Search Division of Parity Plc, one of the leading IT Systems Integrators in the UK. In both these roles, Andrew focused on hiring enterprise solutions sales and management resource in the base salary range £60 - 200K. |
Prior to establishing Symbiosis Search Limited, Andrew was Director Recruiting EMEA for Blue Martini Software, a leading US-based Customer Relationship Management software vendor. In this role, Andrew was responsible for growing the organisation's "footprint" across the EMEA region, with a particular focus on the sales function.
Andrew has a BSc (Hons) degree in Economics from the University of Southampton and his early career was spent in retail management with Marks and Spencer Plc and in sales recruitment serving the manufacturing sector. |

Nick has worked within the Executive Search and Selection industry since 1994. He was initially the top performing Consultant within the UK's leading sales recruitment company before progressing to the role of Regional Business Manager. He then spent three years at the specialist technology and communications focused Executive Search division of Parity Plc, a FTSE350 IT services group, specialising in enterprise solutions sales and commercial hiring to Board level.
For the three years prior to establishing Symbiosis Search, Nick was an Associate Director at Norman Broadbent's Global Technology Practice, where he worked closely with software and telecommunications clients in hiring management and Director level enterprise sales and commercial personnel across the EMEA region. |

Lawrence Whittle & Eric Grotefeld, Non-Executive Directors
Lawrence and Eric bring a wealth of international enterprise software and “software as a service” experience to Symbiosis Search with both start-up fast-growth vendors and major global players. They offer the Directors of Symbiosis valued insight and guidance regarding the strategic management and growth of the business.

For the past fifteen years, Lawrence has successfully built and managed global software companies, ranging from pre-IPO start-ups to established international vendors. As a sales and marketing-focused VP and General Manager, he has grown and managed the European or International operations of publicly-traded Marcam Solutions (ERP for Process Industries), publicly-traded Centra Software (eLearning / Web conferencing), ProfitLogic (Price Optimization for Retail) and Nomis Solutions(Price Optimization for Financial Services). With Centra Software, Lawrence successfully launched operations outside of the USA and played a key part in the successful IPO in 2000. With ProfitLogic, he successfully launched operations in Europe and subsequently managed the integration of the European business into Oracle after the acquisition in 2005.
Currently based in California USA, Lawrence is the CEO of M-Factor, a VC-backed pre-IPO vendor of Marketing and Trade Investment Management software for Consumer Goods companies. |
| Eric Grotefeld |

Eric has broad experience in sales and sales leadership roles within the enterprise software sector, commencing with his receiving industry-standard software solution sales training with CAD/PLM software leader, Parametric Technology Corporation. Subsequently, he excelled in sales and rapidly moved into sales leadership and strategic management roles. After PTC, Eric co-founded a Call Centre CRM software business which was successfully sold to a leading UK enterprise software vendor, with Eric staying to drive and manage a $30m new business group. After this, Eric spent two years as a Regional VP Sales in the US for a leading B2B eCommerce software vendor before returning to Europe as VP EMEA for CapeClear Software, where he drove significant revenue growth for this early stage start-up.
Most recently, Eric was VP EMEA within Oracle, responsible for integrating the acquired Business Interaction Division of BEA Software, where he had been leading this $45m revenue business as VP & GM EMEA. |
